Hi I'm Amanda! :)
I am a digital business analyst, a non-practising pharmacist and a licensed instructor of Youth Mental Health First Aid training for adults who support young people aged 12-18 years old.
Why the odd mish-mash of things?
Well I love discovering the inner workings of things - from complex software and IT systems to human bodies and minds - so I can understand WHY and HOW things happen. Only then can small details be tweaked to optimise outcomes. I can attest to the power of small, easy changes making gigantic impacts.
I apply this approach to:
