Amanda Fung collects your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing services to you, providing information to her licensee (Mental Health First Aid Australia) and for marketing purposes. Amanda Fung may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from any mailing/marketing lists at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or contacting us in writing.

When Amanda Fung collects Personal Information, where appropriate and where possible, she will explain to you why she is collecting the information and how she plans to use it.

Amanda Fung will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect Personal Information Amanda Fung may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to that your Personal Information is up-to-date. Amanda Fung will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information is not up-to-date or is inaccurate, please advise Amanda Fung as soon as practicable so Amanda Fung can update records and ensure continual provision of quality services to you.
